How it works
The Iron Athlete program is designed and driven to build your body into a Lean, Strong, High Energy, Fast Metabolism machine.
How do we do it? We develop you using 3 key pillars of training.

Metabolic Conditioning
Metabolic Conditioning sessions are responsible for increasing your natural metabolism, building your cardio (responsible for MASSIVE increases in energy) and strengthening your muscle stamina (allowing you to keep high energy all day)

EMOM Strength
Our EMOM strength sessions focus on developing all 3 types of muscle development, 1) Definition 2) Shape/Tone 3) Length/Flexibility. Our sessions in strength are unique and use the EMOM principle which forces you to get more out of your body with every session. We can fit more in which means you see results FAST

Body Composition
Body composition is the final pillar, here we use the Iron Athlete diet protocol to get our ‘composition’ (a fancy way of saying muscle/fat ratio) better. What we strive for should cover 2 bases - We should look good, but also perform and feel good too. Becoming Iron Athlete lean will give you boundless energy and make you look ripped too!

How does an Iron Athlete Train?
The Iron Athlete program follows an intensive 6 day per week program including alternating days of both strength and full body conditioning. The two styles in this form make for a powerful combination.
You will have the strength to build your metabolism and the full body conditioning workouts will drive it. By combining the two you will be shredding fat and building muscle at the same time. Make no mistake you will leave the Iron Barbell gym feeling extremely sore but also feeling extremely fulfilled.
What does an Iron Athlete diet look like?
Typically, each athlete looks different, due to differing body types and whether you are a male or female. However, all of our Iron Athletes have one common overarching philosophy; they all focused and driven to shift body fat and to build muscle fast! When you begin you will be set up uniquely to your body type and be shown how to eat like an Iron Athlete
